FADA AMS gives every participating school its own secure operational environment for managing assets, stores, procurement, resources and accountability. Whether your school is already using FADA AMS or is joining for the first time, this is where your access journey begins.
If your school already uses FADA AMS
Every participating school operates through its own dedicated environment. Your school administrator should provide you with the correct login address and credentials.

How to access your school workspace
Access your school
Every school has a dedicated FADA AMS environment and login address. If your school is already registered, use the access information provided by your school administrator.
Your school isn't on FADA AMS yet?
No problem. Your school must first be registered and provisioned on the platform before staff members can access a school workspace.

Request school creation. Submit a request for your school to be added to FADA AMS.

Provide your school details. The request should include the school's official information and the preferred school identifier or slug.

Wait for approval and setup. The FADA platform administrator will review the request and create the school's isolated environment.

Receive your access link. Once the school has been created, the dedicated school login link and relevant setup information will be sent to the registered email address.
Use that link instead of this page. If your link is not working, has expired, or you have not received your credentials, contact your school administrator.
